Sorry if it looked like it was the end with the thread ending and all.

"...I mean it."
"...I see."
"I guess I'll be going then."
"Okay."

What's going on...

Still puzzled, I went to the register. A real man pays without saying anything. (Another one of my old man's sayings.)
Of course, Miss Understanding came running to complain.
"No, I really can't allow that! I'd feel bad. I made you listen to all that, so let me at least pay for lunch."
She didn't seem like she'd give in easily.

What I said then was great considering I came up with it on the spot.
"How about this then? The next time we have lunch together, it'll be your treat, Miss Understanding. Alright?"

Game, set, match. This time for real.

"Sigh... I guess, you are right...Yes."

WHAT'S WITH THAT REACTION

I was sure I had managed to get her to open up a little, but could it be that she didn't really feel like meeting me again?
I don't want to boast, but it was a fucking awesome thing to say, you know!?
Any normal woman would have been lying naked in front of me with her legs spread by then.

Feeling even more puzzled and unsatisfied, I paid the bill and went out. Miss Understanding was walking right next to me.
Even though I had miserably failed to get through to her for the second time only moments ago, I was already starting to feel better with a cute girl walking right next to me.
I think I'm a pretty cool guy. I recover from setbacks in a flash and don't afraid of anything.

38 : VIPPER : 04/11/08 00:09:36 ID:TllVFU8q
Unlike Train Man, Molester Man's after a woman that's mentally unstable. I really don't see this ending well for him.
If he gets too close to her, I fear he's going to get arrested for real.

39 : VIPPER : 04/11/08 00:09:55 ID:DiyOpLm8
The "You can treat me next time, okay?" line is old and worn out.
I know it's just something you came up with on the spot, but I don't think you'll make a good impression on her with lines like that.

We didn't talk much on the way back.
But not because it felt too awkward or something, we were rather exhausted from talking so much.

We walked along the same alley as always and parted in front of my apartment.
Of course, it wouldn't have been me if I had just let her go like that without giving it one last try. In fact, I had been gathering my resolve all the way home to say this line.

Okay, here I go.

"Well, thank you very much for today. If there's anything, feel free to contact me. I will too."

Alright! I said it!! I actually said it!!

I gathered all my courage and said

"You don't have to if you don't feel like it, you know!? I just thought it wouldn't hurt to have someone to talk to when there's something that's bothering you. That goes for both of us..."

I'm not sure what to think of her reaction.
After some thinking, I came to the conclusion that she may be getting annoyed of me just like she is with Glasses.
I haven't received any e-mails or calls from her so far and if there's still no sign of her in the next few days,
do I just contact her instead?

99 : VIPPER : 04/11/08 00:20:26 ID:GUT7+XwT

So, it's better if I wait, huh? But I don't think she'll contact me any time soon, at least not before the day after tomorrow.
If nothing else happens in the meantime, this thread will probably be dead by then. Then I won't have anyone to ask for advice. What to do...

107 : VIPPER : 04/11/08 00:22:03 ID:FvAZBPyv
Three possibilities:
1. Write her an e-mail
2. Wait
3. Go to her place

108 : VIPPER : 04/11/08 00:22:19 ID:HVJ4Ywvx
You should wait at least two weeks. Since she said "See you", she's bound to contact you.
But it'll be your one and only chance. Better make it a fun date or you'll never see her again.

109 : VIPPER : 04/11/08 00:22:20 ID:tiQcsR5/
It's risky, but sometimes a single creepy e-mail can give birth to love, you know?

110 : VIPPER : 04/11/08 00:22:25 ID:aiQJOUSv
I think you should be patient and give it a little time.
If you get too greedy and contact her now, you'd just play right into Glasses' hands.

I honestly didn't have any opportunity to, with her asking Zen questions and me giving cryptic answers to them. Okay, maybe it wasn't that bad.
Also, Miss Understanding seems to have suffered some really heavy stalking.
The stalker didn't actually put hands on her, but he did stuff like entering her apartment while she was out.
And the policemen in charge this time are the same ones that were in charge of her stalker case when it was really bad.
That's why they acted so quickly this time.

Nah, the way this is going, I don't think I'll ever need to contact Glasses again.
Though if we both stay in contact with Miss Understanding, we might meet again someday.

As for how Glasses and I exchanged phone numbers, he suddenly took out his business card telling me to contact him if something should happen, so I felt like I should give him my contact details too.

Humans cannot live without other humans.

Here's my analysis.
Miss Understanding thought Molester might get mad at her for her misunderstanding and try to do something to her.
But to her surprise, Molester wasn't mad at her at all.
For someone like Miss Understanding who thought of men as uncontrollable beasts, it was hard to believe.

In front of her stood a man that was ready to forgive her for the worst kind of misunderstanding.
I think, Miss Understanding is torn by the conflict between her fear of men and her urge to talk to him a little more.

GET ON THAT HORSE, MOLESTER MAN.

183 : VIPPER : 04/11/08 00:44:22 ID:0ARU5wVo
>>147
Next time you see her, tell her stuff like
"With me being me, I guess I can't really blame you for thinking I'm a molesterw"
"As I seldom have the opportunity to dine with a lady, I'm a little nervous right noww Do I look like I'm angry again?w"
and something along these lines

184 : VIPPER : 04/11/08 00:44:30 ID:efuWy/Un
My prediction is that as long as Molester Man doesn't do anything completely retarded, he'll easily manage to get on friendly terms with her.

Miss Understanding is a single woman that lives alone and fears potential stalkers. She's also mentally unstable.
For these reasons, it's only a matter of time until she opens up to you.

Listen, Molester Man. Convince her that you're only trying to help her like a bodyguard and she's bound to accept you sooner or later.

If she's getting spammed with Glasses' e-mails even at this hour, it might help if you send her an e-mail now.
Otherwise you'd be the stalker bothering her at night.

I was once mistaken for a molester too.
I was in my fourth year of university back then, but since I was more interested in books and job hunting, I was commuting to university for appearances only.
My university was a long train ride away and the trains were always pretty packed in the mornings, though not jam-packed.
That morning, I was on a train, standing below a handrail and reading a book. I was holding the book with both hands btw.
A lady in her 30's that was standing 1m behind me suddenly kicked me.
When I turned around startled, she asked me friendly as if nothing had happened:
"Is something wrong?".

Send her an e-mail like this!
Now that the case is closed, this should be a good way to hint at how you feel about her, disguised as a harmless greeting.
It's all over if she replies with a polite KTHXBYE e-mail though.
In case there's no reply from her in the next few days, you'll have to give up too.

Hmm... Whenever someone posts a great suggestion for an e-mail, I start wondering if I should really wait or just send an e-mail now.
I know I shouldn't make the same mistake as Glasses and probably wait for her to contact me first, but that plan is based on the assumption that she's going to contact me sometime in the future....
I think I might try writing her an e-mail if I still haven't gotten one from her by tomorrow night...

On the first day, Molester Man was mistaken for a molester by Miss Understanding and they went to the police station together with Glasses who just happened to be passing by.
After that, Molester Man and Miss Understanding went to a coffee lounge where Molester Man explained himself and managed to clear her suspicion of him. They proceeded to have lunch together and then went home.
That night, Molester Man started the previous thread and almost fucked everything up with his thoughtless e-mails, but somehow managed to arrange a meeting with her on the next day to accompany her to the police station.

On the second day, Miss Understanding called Molester Man and picked him up. They then met up with Glasses and headed to the police station together. At the police station, Miss Understanding, Glasses and even the policemen apologized to Molester Man.
Later that day, he had omelets for lunch with Miss Understanding. She asked Molester Man for advice about getting too many annoying e-mails from Glasses, but Molester had to leave early because of his part-time job.
He told her that he wants to contact her again and have lunch with her, but she didn't seem too euphoric about it.

The point of discussion right now is when he should send her an e-mail.

How are you supposed to summarize all this in 3 lines!?w

They say the impatient beggar receives little. If OP were to make a move now, I'm sure it'd only lead to her pulling away from him.
Or maybe OP didn't have a chance with her from the beginning.

You know, I feel like it's partially the girl's own fault that she got stalked in the first place.
At least, that's the feeling I get from >>1's reports.
For instance, she keeps doing things that make you think she's interested in you, even though it's not her intention to. Like when she suddenly asked OP out for lunch, she just wanted to apologize to him.
She never thinks about the implications and consequences of her actions.

She seems rather indifferent to all but herself.
When she does care about someone else for a change, she's quick to say and do things that may appear almost bold and caring.
But for the rest of the time, she either doesn't care or perceives things in a slightly off way, which in return leads to misunderstandings.

When she seemed disappointed that >>1 had to leave for work after the lunch, it might have just been because she couldn't talk to the end even though it was supposed to be the last time for them to see each other.

Glasses is probably getting deceived by her behaviour too and thinks she actually needs him or something.
She only cares about her own safety and completely ignores how she might appear to others.
Well, okay, she's probably trying her hardest to avoid causing trouble to others, but it's usually the opposite that happens.

That's exactly what I think too!
I'd posted something similar in the first thread, but forgot about itw
Miss Understanding only thinks about herself, which is why she doesn't even notice that she's leading Molester Man on.

If it's hopeless anyway, it's better the sooner OP finds out about it.

How come it's an outrageous insult if you mistake someone for a murderer, but in case of molesting, the perpetrator(the false accuser) usually has the advantage?

359 : VIPPER : 04/11/08 11:31:36 ID:Lv5XQQTD
Because it's more romantic that way.

360 : VIPPER : 04/11/08 11:38:19 ID:2C7MbdNr
I'm the one that posted in the previous thread that even if Molester Man managed to date her, he'd just end up getting stabbed by her.
It looks like Miss Understanding's behaviour is a lot easier to understand than I originally thought.

If you can really tell if she likes something or not just by the tone of her voice, then it makes deciding what to say next really easy.

...is what I wanted to say, but this approach would take too much time. It seems like it's going to be a difficult task to get close to her in a short time.
Even Glasses who probably hasn't even written her that many e-mails is getting almost treated like some stalker.
It'd be a lot easier if you were at least close enough to write her e-mails whenever you felt like it, but you're still far from it.

Have you asked Miss Understanding about her hobbies?
If you did, you could keep the conversation going with "Oh, that sounds interesting." or "Oh, I wanna have that too.".
You weren't seriously only talking about the police thing and her stalker problem all the time, were you?
Because in my opinion, now that the case is closed, talking about hobbies is about the only way you have left to get a conversation going.

Molester Man
Age: 20 years old
Occupation: I'm a third-rate university student and I live alone
Height: 163cm
Weight: 50kg
Looks: In the "Rate my face" thread, I was told I look normal. In aquariums, I can easily get in with a ticket for middle-schoolers, that's how much of a babyface I have.
Dating history: Ever since second grade in middle school, I've dated countless women, each more beautiful than the last.
Amongst others, I've had relationships with maid robots, childhood friends and vampires... in dating sims.

Miss Understanding
Age: 20 years old
Occupation: Freelance part-timer, apparently works in a family restaurant and lives alone.
Height: Approx. 155cm? Quite a bit smaller than me and that's not easy.
Weight: Approx. 45kg? Very little in any case.
Looks: She'd probably get a standard score of 60 to 70 in the "Rate my face" thread. She's cute and has a babyface too.
Dating history: I only know bits here and there, but she seems to have dated a few guys already.
That means, the stalker thing must have happened quite recently.

Glasses
Age: In his twenties?
Occupation: Works in some trading company. Probably a salesman.
Height: Approx. 170cm? Didn't look that tall to me.
Weight: Approx. 60kg? Rather skinny.
Looks: I think he'd get at least a standard score of 60 in the "Rate my face" thread. He's what you'd call a young and attractive salaryman.
Dating history: Umm... most likely not a virgin.

Which reminds me, let's try comparing OP's situation with what I still remember of the Train Man summary I read the other day.

IIRC, Hermes didn't fall in love with Train Man at first sight.
Only after she was asked out for dinner by Train Man and a friend of her asked her "Could it be that you've fallen for Train Man?" did she realize for the first time that she's fallen in love.

What I'm trying to say is that the most important thing is the impression you left on Miss Understanding during the two lunches you had with her, >>1.
And I'm not talking about looks, I'm talking about what's inside. You know, stuff like being on the same wavelength or being able to talk about anything.

This guy may be right.

Let's see. I mistake a girl for something she isn't and cause a lot of trouble to her, but when I go to her to apologize on the next day, she doesn't seem mad at me at all.
If this happened to me, I'd probably think she IS mad, but is trying hard not to show it or that she's got some sneaky plan for payback.

Also, if she talked to >>1 about so much to the point of getting carried away, it may mean that she finds OP to be a good listener.

You have to be very patient, obviously, if you want to date a woman with a stalker trauma.

It's all over if you send her an e-mail now. You'd just turn into a persistent creep in her eyes.
You were already persistent as fuck when you asked her if you can contact her and see her again after the lunch.
I'll say this again and again, she didn't ask you out for lunch because she was interested in you, she just felt bad and wanted to apologize for the misunderstanding.
She seems to hate the thought of someone having a bad impression of her to the point of obsession.

565 : VIPPER : 04/11/08 21:21:23 ID:zMWv296F
Write her that you're a university student and that you have a part-time job too.

followed by
"I'll make sure to contact you when I know when I'm free, okay?"
which implies "Quit sending me any more e-mails!" (= I don't want to hear from you ever again!).

Btw, she replied.

"I'm also free on weekends (she actually used the kanji for "end, closure" here).
If I haven't gotten a shift by then, let's have lunch together!"

The fact that she didn't specify which weekend she means is... suspicious?
What's more, why'd she use these kanji for "weekend"..? If it's her idea of a joke, it's not funny.

Just go along with Miss Understanding's topics and expand from there!
And when you're talking about something, don't wait for her to ask you about your opinion. Express your opinion, but again in a moderate way!!

Depending on the situation, I keep switching between polite and casual speech.

723 : VIPPER : 04/11/08 22:15:35 ID:7gcuLeN5
Keep conversing with her without clinging too much to her.
Just by mentioning something like
"Sorry, I took so long to reply because I was watching XX on TVw"
at the beginning of your e-mail, you lay a bait for her and if she takes it, you'll have something to talk about.
Well, in her case, it might just lead to her apologizing for sending e-mails to you when you're watching TV, so it really depends on the situation.

If you want an opportunity to meet her again, it's better to have some casual chat with her first than to get to the point directly.
But this also depends on the situation. If she's not in the mood for idle chat, you should obviously skip it.

tl;dr I as a VIPPER want you to go berserk and fuck shit up.

It wouldn't have been strange if you had gotten mad at her for her misunderstanding, but you didn't and I'm sure it didn't make her think "Hey, he's a nice guy.". It probably just confused the fuck out of her.
Plus all your rather direct ways of asking her out for another lunch. She should have gotten very suspicious of you by now.

You're probably thinking "She's the one that asked me out for lunch first!", but that kind of logic won't get you anywhere with a former stalker victim like her.

The first time, she wanted to apologize for the misunderstanding. The second time, she wanted to apologize for making you accompany her to the police station.
This time, she wants to thank you and make up for getting treated to lunch the last time, that's all. Don't forget that.

Finally, once all debts are paid and out of the way, it'll be the "end". And if you make a wrong move, your life too will come to an "end".

For now, we'll just have to believe that she meant this weekend and somehow try to keep this thread alive until then.
OP, post from time to time and keep us updated. And someone else should try to get mistaken for a molester and report about it here, so we have something to talk about.
I can't do it because I commute to school by bicycle.

Reading Train Man and now this, I finally noticed something...

This is a new genre called "Real-life Love Support Game".

Hang in there, Molester.

757 : VIPPER : 04/11/08 23:22:37 ID:GBcvwMrL
Have you been in touch with Glasses? You know, I got a great idea.

Let Glasses know that you're practically friends now with Miss Understanding

Glasses gets impatient and approaches her in an even bolder and stalker-like way.

Miss Understanding panics

That's when >>1 comes in and saves her.
↓ She sees you in a new light.

How's that? If nothing interesting is going to happen in the next few days, you'll just have to make something interesting happen yourself.
You don't have to worry about Glasses getting Miss Understanding either with the poor impression he's been making on her so far.

758 : VIPPER : 04/11/08 23:24:20 ID:u0NgvZ0h
Is it just me or were Molester's last few e-mails kinda risky?
Once you're suspected of being a molester, even being a little too persistent can be the last straw to make you a molester in her eyes.

But then again, I'm a Holy Virgin that's never dated a woman in my life, so maybe it's just me.

It's difficult to say what's better, write her e-mails everyday or patiently wait.
But since this would be a pretty lame thread if OP just waited, I'm for the former.

And if we learned anything from what happened to Glasses, it's that you should write about harmless everyday stuff and not about her stalker problem.
Think of her as a friend and talk about your hobbies or something.

804 : VIPPER : 04/11/09 16:59:53 ID:4lCst/Kb
I agree with >>803.

I think OP should definitely write her an e-mail today or tomorrow.

One thing >>1 should think about is that >>1's happiness ≠ us VIPPERs' happiness.

Nah, I don't think it's that. It always goes like this:
I get elected as the winner in a magazine and can't wait for the prize to arrive. → Three months later, I still haven't gotten anything.
→ I start wondering if they've forgotten about it and give them a call → They tell me it'll be sent very soon. I actually believe it and calm down.
→ But another three months later, I still got nothing. → I call them again. → They make up some bullshit excuse as to why they still can't send it.
→ It finally arrives after a year or so, but I don't even care anymore.

That's the kind of unlucky guy I am!!

But wait... I get that it's a very expensive gift and all, but...

          CRAB!?

Frigging crab!?
Don't get me wrong, I love crab, but still...
Sending me crab with a letter that says "I'm sorry for mistaking you for a molester and causing a lot of trouble for you. Please accept this as a token of apology."? Really? No, don't get me wrong, I'll say it again and again. I love me some crab.
I live alone and I don't have any friends... Will I be able to eat so much crab all by myself..?
But all that aside, I'm really happy. How many years has it been since I last received a package from someone?
I don't even remember receiving a birthday present from my parents in the last few years. Even if this is just an apology gift, it still makes me happy.
I admit I was a little confused when I opened the package, but hey, it's been a while since I last had something first-grade to eat.
I'm really happy now. And seriously grateful. The irritation I felt for you when I got to know you is completely gone.

Miss Understanding lives alone, doesn't she?
Ask her if she wants to have crab hot pot with you under the pretext that it's too much to eat alone.
If she seems worried about being alone with you, you could invite a friend along or she could bring one of her friends with her.

But I don't know, I'm just throwing out ideas here.

I don't think it'll work either.
I mean, Miss Understanding is keeping Glasses at a distance, right?
What good does it do for Molester to mention his name then?

"I got crab from Glasses, will you come to my place to eat it with me?"

If she was a woman who'd say yes to that and go to a man's place just like that, this whole thing would be a lot easier. But she isn't.

865 : VIPPER : 04/11/09 18:46:00 ID:MDw1/4Vw
I think there's nothing wrong about asking her though.
Even if she says no, it'll open the door for casual conversation.

Isn't it rather unlikely that Glasses sent Miss Understanding crab too?
He's the one that helped her and not the other way round, so there's no real reason for him to send anything and even if he did send her something, I don't think it'd be crab.
I bet it'd be teacups or something like that. Anyways, I don't think she'd think of Glasses when you tell her that you got crab from an acquaintance.

925 : VIPPER : 04/11/09 19:43:41 ID:etuqG5wO
Since asking her to come to your place all of a sudden is not a good idea, why don't you just give her some of the crab as a present on your way home from the restaurant this weekend?
That is, if you really get to eat out with her this weekend.

926 : VIPPER : 04/11/09 19:44:31 ID:yUR8ecla
Sorry to be a spoilsport, but asking her over to your own place will just make you more suspicious, won't it..?

927 : VIPPER : 04/11/09 19:44:44 ID:VP4kzGVQ
Don't mention that the crab is from Glasses and if she should ask you
"Who did you get the crab from? Hihihiw"
you could answer honestly like
"Well, actually, I got it from Mr. Glasses..." and if she doesn't, all the better.
It's not like you're lying to her.

928 : VIPPER : 04/11/09 19:45:07 ID:9FiwJ2p2

Though if OP manages to see her again, he could casually tell her about the crabs and ask her if she wants some.

Unlike Hermes, Miss Understanding is just a nutcase. To be honest, you never know what she's thinking and chances are 99% that she doesn't love Molester Man.
So, why don't we give up the thought of this turning into a moving love story like in Train Man's case and make this the story of a pervert who, due to a second misunderstanding (it doesn't have to be one), ends up getting arrested without warrant?

That which you ate to produce that shit in your pants was, in its previous life, a crab that used to live next door to the crab Molester Man got from Glasses when it was still alive.

Look, OP.
First of all, don't do anything rash.
We have time to work it out together.

But well, no matter what I say, >>1 will just go berserk anyway...

The first meeting is a disaster. <-- This is the best way to start a love story! Or rather, it's the only acceptable way!

(ノ∀`) Aww shit.

957 : VIPPER : 04/11/09 19:59:11 ID:etuqG5wO
But >>950 has a point.
We have to consider that there are people in this world who are even allergic to crabs...

958 : VIPPER : 04/11/09 19:59:37 ID:yUR8ecla
Well, about that casual e-mail we agreed that OP should send her today or tomorrow...
It should be this:
"Sorry for the sudden question, but do you like crab?".

But what if the misunderstanding that caused the worst kind of beginning wasn't really a misunderstanding?
I can't think of a way how OP's supposed to redeem himself and get rid of the worst kind of impression he made.
Love stories that start with the worst kind of a first meeting only work if there's a stark contrast between the first impression the main protagonist makes and how he actually is.

So instead, we should go for a "The misunderstanding wasn't really a misunderstanding at all!" twist instead...

961 : VIPPER : 04/11/09 20:02:50 ID:fxkbxUIa
Isn't Glasses like a super good guy?
According to Miss Understanding, he's supposed to be a persistent fuck, but that's just Miss Understanding's impression of him.
What if it's just her misunderstanding? She's Miss Understanding after all.
Glasses felt bad for treating Molester Man like a criminal and wanted to apologize to him, but since he's only in contact with Miss Understanding and never directly contacted Molester Man, he got desperate and went as far as sending crab. What then?

962 : VIPPER : 04/11/09 20:03:19 ID:etuqG5wO
>>958
Nah, I'm for asking her in the restaurant this weekend.
OP could order something with crab and ask something like
"By the way, did you hear? The crab hunting season has started. Do you like crab, Miss Understanding?"
and nonchalantly find out if she likes crab.
And if she does, he could offer her the crab.

963 : VIPPER : 04/11/09 20:03:28 ID:T1lO3kyq
Upload a picture of the crab plz.
I wanna fap to it.

964 : VIPPER : 04/11/09 20:04:17 ID:VP4kzGVQ
>>960
In other words, instead of falling in love with her, OP has to make her fall in love with him.

Oh, you're watching Bakatono's parody of it, huh?w

On a completely unrelataed note, the first human in the history of mankind that thought of eating crab must have been an amazing person.
By the way, what would Meganesh have done if >>1 had been one of the people that don't like crab?w

966 : VIPPER : 04/11/09 20:05:20 ID:fTmv2m03
Pic of the crab please.

967 : VIPPER : 04/11/09 20:06:17 ID:yUR8ecla
>>962
That could work too. Then he could ask her
"Actually, I happened to get crab delivered from Meganesh and it's quite a lot of crab, so would you like to take some of it with you?".

968 : VIPPER : 04/11/09 20:06:17 ID:VP4kzGVQ
>>962
But if he gave her the crab after explicitly asking if she likes crab, wouldn't it make it obvious that he planned it all?

>>951
I would have worded it nicer, but I think you have a point.
This is a lot more difficult than Train Man.
Assuming Miss Understanding is wary of >>1 (or even suspects him), if he's nice to her on one hand, she avoids him and if he waits for her to act on the other hand, he'd wait forever because she's (probably) a very shy person.

>>961
Yeah, Glasses might be a nice guy, but >>1 couldn't care less because his only goal right now is to win Miss Understanding's heartw

971 : VIPPER : 04/11/09 20:08:47 ID:9FiwJ2p2
Glasses: "Oh, crap, crap, crap, what do I do now!?
I busted an innocent person and took him to the police...
What if it ruined his life!? Oh God and it's my falut!
I should at least send him something as a token of apology. Yeah, crab should do it.
But crab is expensive, so I guess I'll have to make do with rice with mayonnaise for the next few days. Sigh..."

972 : VIPPER : 04/11/09 20:09:42 ID:9FiwJ2p2
I meant to write "it's my fault" orz

973 : VIPPER : 04/11/09 20:10:11 ID:0pHpNB/K
>>964
Even if OP told her he loves her, he'd either end up an "annoying person" like Glasses or even worse, she'd think "This guy is a molester after all..." and we'd have the worst kind of turn of events.
We have to keep in mind how they got to know each other and that she's kinda paranoid.
It's kinda cliche, but if, for example, Miss Understanding were to get attacked by a bunch of hoodlums and OP saved her, the worse her impression of OP is, the more effective it'd be and she'd see him in a completely different light.
But even that would have to be done nonchalantly. You just can't win Miss Understanding's heart if you come on too strong.

974 : VIPPER : 04/11/09 20:11:17 ID:etuqG5wO
>>967
Then there'd be no need to hide the fact that it's from Glasses either.
Besides, I fear that even if >>1 tried to hide it, he'd probably let it slip anywayw

>>968
But if he doesn't make sure that she really likes crab, there's the possibility that she goes
"......................................But I don't like crab. (in a very small voice)"
when he tries to give it to her on the way home, you know?

975 : VIPPER : 04/11/09 20:11:43 ID:0pHpNB/K
Nevertheless, we have to keep in mind that there's this one-in-a-million probability that she somehow already guessed how Molester Man feels about her and isn't as annoyed about it as we think.

976 : VIPPER : 04/11/09 20:11:46 ID:hLmQ5CTM

Here's an idea.
What if one of Glasses' colleagues wanted something like in Train Man to happen to Glasses?
Maybe it was because of that colleague's advice that Glasses sent the crabs in the first place.
Send crabs to Molester -> Molester tells Miss Understanding about it -> Miss Understanding likes Glasses more
This could be the plan.
Not sure why she'd like him more because of that though.
