Since we had agreed to meet at the station at 10am, I woke up at around 8am... or so I had planned, but when I looked at the clock, it was already 9am.
Usually, when I have to get up early, I set an alarm for that time on an alarm clock with a very loud ring,
then set an additional alarm on my cell phone for a few seconds before that time. It's a pretty nifty double alarm system.
But this time I took it a step further and set a third alarm on an alarm clock I normally don't use.
And still I woke up an hour late. I didn't even have time to post in my thread because of it.
Although I was worried it might be a bad omen, I couldn't help but feel excited. For the first time in months, I took a morning shower even though I had one yesterday evening already.
I even used a conditioner for the first time in about half a year. I was perfectly prepared (at least in my opinion).

So there we were, a group of five people, walking the street at night.
